Most of the opportunities we look at come to us through direct conversation rather than through a listing, which means the work of the business is largely a matter of talking with owners, understanding what they have, and being straightforward about whether we are the right buyer for it.

We are the decision makers on our own purchases. There is no committee and no approval chain, so we are able to give an owner a clear answer about their property in a reasonable amount of time rather than leaving them waiting on someone else.
